Summerfest 2021 features Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers, Dave Matthews Band, Luke Bryan, and more!

Chris Stapleton, Chance the Rapper, Zac Brown Band, and Run the Jewels will all perform at the summer staple from Sept. 2 to 18.

Milwaukee's legendary Summerfest, which was postponed in 2020 due to the global coronavirus pandemic, is back this year with a jam-packed lineup. After canceling the festival for the first time in its 53-year existence, organizers announced the star-studded lineup that will take place over three weekends: September 2-4, September 9-11, and September 16-18.

Miley Cyrus, Luke Bryan, Chance the Rapper, the Jonas Brothers, Chris Stapleton, and Dave Matthews Band will headline the American Family Insurance Amphitheater, which seats 23,000 people, as well as performances by Sheryl Crow, the Zac Brown Band, Gabby Barrett, and 24kGoldn.

In a tweet, Milwaukee World Festival Inc. President/CEO Don Smiley said, "We couldn't be more excited to unveil the lineup for Summerfest." “Our lineup continues to be one of the most diverse and special in the industry, with first-timers like Chance the Rapper, Miley Cyrus, and Run the Jewels joining Fest classics like Dave Matthews Band, T-Pain, Styx, and Chris Stapleton.”

Summerfest has historically run from late June to early July over an 11-day period, but organizers have moved it back to the fall this year as the nation continues to carry out the COVID-19 vaccine and attempts to achieve herd immunity.
