After a concert in Florida, Kodak Black and his entourage were ambushed, and a guard was shot
Kodak Black and his entourage were allegedly ambushed in a shooting in Tallahassee, Fla., on Monday morning (April 5), in which his security guard was wounded.
The Tallahassee Democrat reports that Black and his entourage were ambushed at a McDonald's near the Tally Strip at 3 a.m. on Monday, after the Florida rapper headlined a hometown music festival billed "Cultur3 Fest Featuring Kodak Black + Friends" on Easter Sunday. According to reports, a gunman in a car trailing them opened fire. Black had just left Baja's Beach Bar, which hosted the Cultur3 Fest afterparty, when they were pursued by several vehicles trying to cut them off on their way to the fast food restaurant.
According to the newspaper, the rapper's security officer was shot in the leg while inside a vehicle in the McDonald's parking lot. According to the police, he was rushed to a local hospital with severe injuries, but he is now in stable condition, according to Black's attorney Bradford Cohen, who spoke to TMZ later Monday morning. The "Zeze" MC, who was not in the ambulance, was unharmed and left the scene in another vehicle.
